2019 Artist of the Year / Emerging Artist of the Year
Design | Photography | Marketing | Assistance w/ Gallery Layout (work done at PCA&M)
I worked with both artists to capture images and content that showcased them and the work that they’ve accomplished to advertise their upcoming show, as well as working with the artists to layout their shows and create an immersive exhibit that would put the viewer as close to being a part of the artistic process as visually possible.
The titles of “Artist of the Year” and “Emerging Artist of the Year” are given to artists who have made an extraordinary impact through their work and presence within Pittsburgh’s artistic community.
In 2019, the award went to two absolutely badass sculptors, Dee Briggs and Saige Baxter.
